Are you new to yoga? Have you always wanted to take a yoga class, but felt intimidated to jump in and get started? Have you practiced yoga before, but are looking for a warm, inviting, and fun group to practice with?
Every week, Jaime Frazier (200RYT in training) will lead a yoga class open to all levels, but specifically geared toward those who would like to learn more about foundational yoga poses, alignment, and breathing techniques. Each week’s practice will build and expand upon the learnings of the week before. Come with an open mind, a willingness to try new things, and a want to have some fun in a beautiful setting surrounded by happy, positive people!
Classes are held every Tuesday morning from 8:30-9:30 am. Students should bring a mat, a towel, water, and a smile!
The class fee is $8.00 per person, per class.
